Important Points to be Noted
1. Abstract Requirement:Every article or research paper must be preceded by an abstract written in English, not exceeding 250 words.2. Word Limit:The full paper should contain a minimum of 2500 words (excluding abstract and references, if applicable).3. Keywords:Authors must provide at least five (5) well-chosen keywords in English immediately after the abstract.4. Citation Style:5. Editorial Rights:
- Scholars from Humanities disciplines should follow the MLA format.
- Scholars from Social Sciences disciplines should follow the APA format.

The International Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences and Social Studies (IJHSSS) is devoted to the publication of original scholarly works, including Research Papers, Book Reviews, Article Reviews, and Thesis Abstracts from the disciplines of Humanities and Social Sciences.
Submission of any manuscript to this journal implies that the work:
- Has not been published previously, either in print or online;
- Is not under consideration for publication elsewhere;
- Is the original work of the author(s).
Plagiarism & AI:

👉 The similarity index must be below 10%.

Publication Process
The publication of articles or write-ups will be made only after review and recommendation by the Editorial Board. The decision of the Editorial Board regarding publication shall be final.
Submission of Articles
Authors, researchers, and writers interested in submitting their manuscripts must follow the guidelines below:
- Manuscripts must be submitted online only.
- Papers may be written in English or Bengali only.
- English manuscripts:
- Font: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12
- Bengali manuscripts:
- Font: Avro, Font Size: 12
Structure of the Manuscript:
i) Title: The title should be brief, clear, and informative.
ii) Author’s Details: The author’s name must be followed by:
- Designation
- Institutional affiliation (if any)
- Complete postal address
- E-mail ID
- Contact number
iii) Abstract
- All manuscripts must include an abstract in English only.
- The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
iv) Bibliography and Referencing Style
- Scholars from Humanities disciplines must follow the latest edition of the MLA format.
- Scholars from Social Sciences disciplines must follow the latest edition of the APA format.
Review and Publication Process
- All submitted manuscripts will first be preliminarily examined by the Editor-in-Chief. After initial screening, the manuscript will be forwarded to the Reviewers and other Editors of the Journal for evaluation.The paper shall be published only upon receiving formal recommendation from the Reviewers and Associate Editors. The decision of the Editorial Board regarding acceptance or rejection shall be final.Communication with Authors
- Information regarding the selection or rejection of manuscripts will be communicated only through Online Portal.
- Publication of accepted papers will take place only after the author completes all formalities mentioned in the selection/acceptance letter.
- The journal will not be responsible for returning rejected manuscripts.
